Academic publishing, without the scattered admin
From finished manuscript to a submission packet you can review.
Journal Submission Copilot helps researchers check journal requirements, organize author details, verify references, and prepare submission documents in one privacy-conscious workspace.
The workspace
One place for the submission lifecycle.
The product handles the repetitive preparation around a manuscript while the researcher remains responsible for every decision and final submission.
Find and assess a journal
Compare venue fit, public requirements, indicators, and available APC-waiver information.
Check the submission requirements
Turn journal guidance into a reviewable checklist of structure, limits, figures, and required statements.
Keep evidence and details together
Reuse author information, figures, and verifiable citation records instead of re-entering them document by document.
Prepare, preview, and approve
Generate a submission packet and later organize reviewer responses, with the author approving every draft and edit.
Privacy is part of the product
A manuscript is not model input by default.
Parsing and routine checks are deterministic. Any feature that needs manuscript-derived text requires an explicit, action-specific preview and consent before that text is sent to a model.
- Exact text is shown before an optional model-assisted action.
- Citation checks report what evidence was actually available.
- The product prepares files; it does not submit to journals on the author's behalf.
